Returns and Refunds

 

I accept returns for faulty or damaged goods in accordance with the ACL.

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with proof of purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, unless returning due to a fault.

Once the item is with McColl Protective, the goods are seen to be unused or a valid warranty claim is noted you will receive your refund or resupply of item.

Please note that ALL shipping costs will be met by the customer UNLESS warranty is granted.

Simply returning as it was ordered the wrong size or colour will not be accepted.
