Purchase of McColl Protective Products These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, and your purchase of goods from us. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Products and Orders All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may be updated at any time without notice. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Full payment must be received before an order is shipped.

4. Items shown have sizing, if you select that size, all items are custom made exactly to that. We cannot remake any item unless paid for in full. Once an item is made, it is custom for you.

5. Velcro that has touched terry toweling and pulled it apart will void any/all warranty.

6. General wear and tear is to be expected. Cricket shoe spikes or items in your cricket bag that damage the thigh pad will void warranty.

7. All goods have a standard 1 year from invoice date warranty
